日前，筆者來到重慶市梁平區仁賢岔路口至明達岔路口路面改造工程現場看到，路面冷再生機械設備正在對舊瀝青路面進行銑刨、破碎、攪拌作業，平地機與壓路機正在來回平整、碾壓水穩層，十來名工人正在做鏟料、撫平、填補等輔助工作，施工現場一片繁忙。

　　Recently, the author visited the site of the road surface renovation project from Renxian Road Intersection to Mingda Road Intersection in Liangping District, Chongqing. The road surface cold recycling machinery is milling, crushing, and mixing the old asphalt pavement. 　　“該工程是于9月25日開始施工的，建設標準為公路二級，主要是對該路段路面進行改造整治。”現場項目負責人陳本云介紹，本次施工采用成本更低、效率更高、不損壞路基的就地冷再生工藝，用路面冷再生機將舊瀝青路面銑刨、破碎，摻入一定數量的新集料、再生結合料、活性填料（水泥、石灰等）、水等后，就地進行拌和、整形、攤鋪、碾壓等工序，從而實現舊瀝青路面再生。

　　The project started construction on September 25th, with a construction standard of second-class highway. The main purpose is to renovate and improve the road surface of this section, "said Chen Benyun, the on-site project leader. This construction adopts the on-site cold recycling process, which is lower in cost, more efficient, and does not damage the roadbed. The old asphalt pavement is milled and crushed using a pavement cold recycling machine, mixed with a certain amount of new aggregates, recycled binders, active fillers (cement, lime, etc.), water, etc., and then mixed, shaped, spread, and rolled on site to achieve the regeneration of the old asphalt pavement.

　　據了解，該工程涉及仁賢鎮、禮讓鎮、明達鎮，全長5.953公里，原路基寬11米，現擴寬至12米，原路面寬10米，現不變，合同工期6個月，預計2018年2月底前全面完工。建成后，將改善道路通行環境，進一步豐富梁平西山片區路網，同時更加方便當地老百姓出行。

　　It is reported that the project involves Renxian Town, Lingli Town, and Mingda Town, with a total length of 5.953 kilometers. The original roadbed width was 11 meters, but it has now been widened to 12 meters, and the original road surface width is 10 meters, which remains unchanged. The contract period is 6 months, and it is expected to be fully completed by the end of February 2018. After completion, it will improve the road traffic environment, further enrich the road network in the Liangping Xishan area, and make it more convenient for local residents to travel.

　　“仁賢岔路口至明達岔路口路線是梁平省道S206的重要組成部分，該路于2006年完成大修，經過多年營運，路面發生破損，平整度差，影響到了車輛的行駛質量和安全，為大幅度提高行車舒適度和安全性，特對本路段進行路面改造整治?！绷浩絽^交委相關負責人表示，接下來，他們將嚴格按照基本建設程序進行施工，做好工程施工安全工作和交通應急措施，同時加快施工進度，力爭提前到年底前完工。

　　The route from Renxian Intersection to Mingda Intersection is an important part of Liangping Provincial Road S206. The road was overhauled in 2006 and after years of operation, the road surface has been damaged and has poor flatness, affecting the quality and safety of vehicle travel. In order to significantly improve driving comfort and safety, this section of the road has been renovated and improved. ”The relevant person in charge of the Liangping District Transportation Committee stated that they will strictly follow the basic construction procedures for construction, do a good job in construction safety and traffic emergency measures, and accelerate the construction progress, striving to complete the project before the end of the year.

　　近年來，梁平區大力改善城鄉公路通行條件，除國省道外,大力實施農村聯網公路建設，逐步實現村村相連、路路相通、縱橫交織、四通八達的現代化農村公路網絡。今年以來，已開工建設7條農村聯網公路（含機場環道），其中2條全面完工，2條完成主體工程建設，進一步促進了全區一二三產業融合發展，成為農民增收的新亮點。
